The Villa Care Centre is a newly constructed three-storey, 160-bed long-term care facility located in Midland, Ontario, developed for Jarlette Health Services. Built by Melloul-Blamey Construction, with J.M.R. Electric Ltd. completing both the mechanical and electrical scopes of work, this project delivers a modern and compassionate care environment for residents.
The facility features spacious dining areas, comfortable lounge spaces, and specialized resident care areas designed to foster well-being, accessibility, and community engagement.
Connected to the main facility is a four-storey Centre of Excellence, which includes multi-purpose rooms, theatre spaces, beauty salons, rehabilitation care areas, and the Jarlette corporate offices. This integrated campus is envisioned as a Continuum of Care Campus, with future planned developments and expansions to further enhance senior living and healthcare offerings in the region.
