Additional program elements include the Centre for Health and Wellbeing with a large fitness room and multi-purpose studios, as well as training facilities for the Canadian Sport Institute of Ontario with strength and conditioning areas, sports medicine labs, and administrative support spaces. The Brock Centre for Sport Capacity provides multi-purpose halls, administrative offices, and open office spaces for various sports associations.
JMR’s scope included the complete electrical systems, encompassing power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, and building controls, designed to support a multi-functional, high-performance athletic and community facility. This project demonstrates JMR’s expertise in delivering complex electrical infrastructure for large-scale recreational and institutional projects with legacy impact.
