Project Description

J.M.R. Electric Ltd. completed the Mechanical and Electrical scopes for the new Tom Patterson Theatre in Stratford, Ontario. This landmark facility serves as a premier venue for the Stratford Festival, featuring a 600-seat theatre, rehearsal halls, lounges, and support spaces designed to reflect world-class performance standards.

JMR’s work included the installation of complete electrical and mechanical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, HVAC systems, hydronic piping, plumbing, and building automation. The project incorporated complex design and coordination to meet the theatre’s demanding acoustical and architectural requirements, while achieving exceptional energy performance and comfort.
